3 tablespoons whole milk
1 cup guava, cut into cubes about 1 cm in size, more or less
2 tablespoons unsalted butter or margarine, melted
2 tablespoons sugar
1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon
2 teaspoons grated orange zest

Sift the flour with the yeast and sugar
Melt the butter or margarine into small pieces, mixing well
Mix the egg and milk together, then add to the previous mixture
Knead well
The dough should be firm
Spread on a 19.5 x 29cm baking sheet, very well greased
Sprinkle guava cubes over the dough
Baste with melted butter or margarine
Mix sugar, cinnamon, and grated orange zest together
Sprinkle on top
Bake in a preheated moderate oven (180°C) for about 35 minutes
Serve warm
Serves 6 to 8 people.
