1 kg of raw cassava peeled
1 fresh coconut grated
4 eggs
3 tablespoons (scoop) of melted butter
3 1/2 cups (heaping teaspoon) of sugar
1 tablespoon (tablespoon) of ground cinnamon
2 cups (heaping teaspoon) of chopped hazelnuts
1 kg of raw cassava peeled
1 fresh coconut grated
4 eggs
3 tablespoons (scoop) of melted butter
3 1/2 cups (heaping teaspoon) of sugar
1 tablespoon (tablespoon) of ground cinnamon
2 cups (heaping teaspoon) of chopped hazelnuts
Grate the cassava and squeeze well in a clean cloth
Transfer the pulp to a bowl, add the grated coconut, beaten eggs, and melted butter
Mix well and add the peneirado sugar, ground cinnamon, and mix well with a wooden spoon
Add the hazelnuts and mix again
Pour into a greased and floured baking dish and bake in a medium oven preheated for 45 minutes, approximately
Serve warm.
