1 1/4 cup all-purpose flour

3/4 cup raspberry or mango gelato

2 1/2 cups shredded coconut

2 1/2 cups shredded coconut
Combine flour, salt, and baking powder
Add butter, egg, and milk
Mix well and shape into a 28x5 cm form
Spread gelato on top
Beat eggs until thickened
Join remaining dry ingredients, vanilla extract, and melted butter
Beat well
Add coconut and place on gelato
Bake in a moderate oven preheated to 35 minutes
Let cool and cut into squares.
