300g of whole wheat flour
4 teaspoons of active dry yeast
2 tablespoons of cocoa powder
100g of chopped nuts
3 tablespoons of rum

Preheat the oven to medium (180o)
Grease and dust a 30cm x 30cm cake pan with butter and bread crumbs
In a mixer, cream together the butter, eggs, and honey until foamy
Separately, combine the whole wheat flour, yeast, and cocoa powder
Add the dry ingredients to the wet ingredients, along with the nuts and rum
Mix until the batter is smooth and pour into the prepared pan
Bake the cake on the bottom shelf of the oven for about 1 hour, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean
Let it cool down and then remove from the pan
Serve at room temperature.
