Roasted Pineapple with Ice Cream

Wash the pineapples and remove the core with a sharp knife, without piercing the bottom of the fruit

Then, place one tablespoon of softened butter and one tablespoon of honey inside each pineapple and arrange them in a small greased baking dish to let them sit close together

Cover with plastic wrap and microwave on medium power for three minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of a pineapple sinks easily

Let stand for 1 minute before serving

Serve warm with a scoop of vanilla ice cream
