120 g of melted dark chocolate
4 pears, peeled and cored
1/2 cup (chopped) plus 2 tablespoons of unsalted butter
4 eggs
1/4 teaspoon of salt
2/3 cup of all-purpose flour
1 envelope of vanilla extract powder (available at supermarkets)
Grated rind of 1 orange
150 g of cornstarch (available at supermarkets)
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
1/2 cup of plain yogurt
100 g of chopped nuts
Confectioner's sugar for dusting
Whole nuts for garnish

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler, combine with butter and let cool slightly, stirring constantly
Separately, beat the eggs with salt
Add the vanilla extract powder and beat until frothy
Add the melted chocolate and mix gently
Add the orange rind, cornstarch, yeast, and plain yogurt, mixing slowly
Add the chopped nuts and mix well. Reserve
Cut the pears in half
Place half of the mixture into a prepared pan and distribute the fruit
Cover with the remaining mixture, garnish with nuts, and bake in a medium oven for about 45 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let cool completely and dust with confectioner's sugar
