Preheat the oven to 350°F (medium)
Grease and flour a 9-inch square baking pan or a 21cm round cake pan. Reserve
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate and butter, stirring occasionally
Let it cool to room temperature
In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, egg whites, flour, yeast, and salt until smooth
Add the melted chocolate mixture and heavy cream, and mix until well combined. Reserve
In another bowl, sift together the whole wheat flour and active dry yeast
Add to the chocolate mixture and mix until a smooth batter forms
Fold in the toasted macadamia and chocolate chips
Pour the batter into the prepared pan and bake at 350°F for 30-35 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it cool in the pan, then cut into squares and serve

Alternatively, substitute with melted milk chocolate.
