500g finely chopped dark chocolate
2 cups heavy cream

Melt the chopped chocolate in a double boiler
Remove from heat and whisk in the heavy cream
Mix well and let cool to room temperature
Refrigerate for 12 hours
Remove from refrigerator, shape into balls with your hands, and roll them in cocoa powder.
