Cut the bananas in half lengthwise
In a bowl, mix together the flour, oats, sugar, and butter to form a well-known crumb
In a 22cm diameter mold with a removable rim, place a layer of crumb, then distribute the banana and spread the caramel over it
Place the remaining crumb and bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 35 minutes or until golden brown
Let it cool and unmold.
