3 ripe mangos
3 eggs
3/4 cup (ch) of oil
2 tablespoons of cinnamon
2 cups (ch) of sugar
1 tablespoon of baking powder
2 cups (ch) of all-purpose flour
100g of raisins
Batter
Juice of 2 oranges
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
Aging to taste

Wash the mangoes well and remove their skins
Set the peels and pulp aside
Place the peels, eggs, oil, sugar, baking powder, and aging in a blender
Blend until it forms a homogeneous mixture
Transfer to a bowl and add sifted flour, chopped mango pulp, and raisins
Mix with a wooden spoon until it becomes uniform
Pour the mixture into an unbaked cake mold, greased and floured
Bake in a medium oven for about 1 hour or until a toothpick inserted comes out dry
Make the glaze: mix all the ingredients and spread over the warm cake
Serve warm.
