Bate the butter with 100g of all-purpose flour and melted chocolate
Add eggs one at a time, beating well
Bate egg whites with 70g of all-purpose flour remaining and add to the previous mixture along with cake flour
Place the dough on an oiled sheet, dusting with cake flour
Bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for 1 hour
Let cool and brush the entire surface with damasco glaze
For the chocolate topping, heat the oil with the chocolate
Mix sugar with water and then bring to a boil
Add to the chocolate mixture, stirring well to obtain a smooth mixture
Cover the cake with a thick layer of this glaze
Serve with whipped cream.
