In a large bowl, combine all the ingredients except the lemon juice until well mixed
Preheat the oven to high temperature
Place the mixture in a baking dish and bake for 40 minutes or until golden brown
Remove from the oven and let cool
Brush the lemon juice over the sweet treat and cut it into pieces
Sprinkle with refined sugar to serve.
