2 basic cake recipes
For the filling
4 cans of condensed milk
2 cups of milk
4 egg yolks passed through a sieve
2/3 cup of cocoa powder sifted

8 egg whites
8 cups of confectioner's sugar sifted
A few drops of pink food coloring (for foods)

Prepare two cakes following the basic cake recipe
Mix all filling ingredients
Heat to medium heat and cook, stirring constantly, until it thickens
Let it cool
To assemble: place the two cakes on a smooth surface
Cut each one in half to fill
Place one part on top of the other, spreading 1/3 of the filling between them
Carefully cut in half and place the two parts on a tray covered with aluminum foil, rounding off the edges
Prepare the glaze: beat the egg whites until frothy and gradually add the confectioner's sugar, beating until stiff peaks form
Set aside 1/3 and add a few drops of pink food coloring to the remaining glaze
Mix well
Cover the surface and sides of the cake with the pink glaze and smooth out with an offset spatula
Pipe the white glaze into a piping bag (with a orange tip) and decorate
Adorn with colorful gumballs and sprinkles and make antennae with chocolate sticks
Serve 50 portions.
