In a bowl, dissolve the yeast in sugar
Add the milk, coconut milk, egg, and gradually add the flour
Work the dough until it's smooth and easy to handle
Cover and let it rest until it's doubled in volume
Shape 12 balls and fill each one with a caramel
Place the balls in a greased ring mold
Let it rest for another 20 minutes
Brush the egg white mixture and bake in a preheated oven at 400°F for 45 minutes.
