Prepare the brownie according to the package instructions

Line the bottom and sides of a rectangular form with aluminum foil, greased with butter

Pour the brownie batter into the prepared pan and bake in a preheated oven at 300°C for 15 minutes or until still slightly moist

In a mixer, combine cream cheese, flour, heavy cream, eggs, and melted chocolate

Spread the cream over the cooled brownie, return to the oven at 250°C, and bake for 40 minutes or until firm and golden
Let it cool, then unmold

Melt the remaining chocolate in a double boiler, place in a pastry bag, and decorate the tart
