For the filling
3 cups of condensed milk
3/4 cup of chocolate mousse
For the glaze (make this recipe twice separately)
3 cups of almond flour
1 cup of water
4 egg whites
Prepare the dough: beat the butter with the almond flour until it forms a light and fluffy cream
Add an egg at a time, beating always
Add the wheat flour and baking powder, mixing delicately
Add the vanilla extract and milk, and mix again
Divide the dough into two 25cm diameter pans and bake in a preheated oven (180°C) for 30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean
Let it cool slightly, remove from pans, and let it cool completely
Make another batch of dough and repeat this process
Prepare the filling: combine ingredients in a saucepan and cook, stirring, until thickened
Remove from heat, let it cool, and fill the cakes
Do not cover the surface of the cake
Wrap the cake with aluminum foil, fit into pans, and top with weights
Let it sit for a day
The next day, prepare the glaze: in a saucepan, combine almond flour and water, and cook without stirring until it forms a thread
Beat egg whites until stiff and slowly add the glaze, beating constantly, until cool
Cover the cake with the glaze
Cover any excess with a damp cloth to prevent drying
Make another batch of glaze and divide into three parts
In each part, add a few drops of food coloring in red, blue, and yellow (or your preferred colors)
To make the figurines: use the red glaze in a piping bag with a large round tip to create the body of the figure sitting with spiral shapes oval in shape
Then create the arms and legs starting from the bottom up
Make another figurine using the yellow glaze, leaving the legs inside the cake
Use blue glaze to draw the outline of the lying figure forming a strip on either side
Create the arms and legs
Use the white glaze reserved for making buttons, necklaces, and fists with a smaller round tip
Purchase headbands from craft stores
Use the large round tip to finish the cake
Decorate with confetti and gum balls
