Breadcrumbs
150g of melted butter
1 egg
1 cup (cup) of milk
1 tablespoon of baking powder
1 teaspoon of cinnamon
2 and 3/4 cups of all-purpose flour
1/2 cup of cornstarch
Filling
1 can of condensed milk
3 egg yolks
3 cups of caramelized sugar, chopped
5 tablespoons of lemon juice

In a blender, blend the butter, egg, and milk to form a light foam
Sift over the creme the baking powder, cinnamon, flour, and cornstarch
Using your fingertips, shape into breadcrumbs
Filling
Blend in a liquidizer the condensed milk and egg yolks
In a rectangular mold, place half of the breadcrumb mixture
Top with the caramelized sugar, coated with lemon juice and half of the condensed milk-egg yolk mixture
Cover with the remaining breadcrumb mixture and pour in the remaining condensed milk-egg yolk mixture.
