Beat the eggs with cornstarch in a mixer
Add wheat flour and beat again
Remove from the mixer and add yeast, mixing slowly

Pour into a baking dish and bake in medium oven until a toothpick comes out clean
Remove from the oven and brush with orange juice while still warm. Reserve
Filling
Prepare the pudding according to the package instructions
Pour over the cake and let it cool
Topping

Beat egg whites until fluffy, add cornstarch and vanilla extract, and beat until a meringue forms

Decorate the cold cake with the meringue and fresh fruits and refrigerate for at least 3 hours before serving
