Melt the shredded coconut and sweetened condensed milk over low heat, stirring well until the mixture comes together at the bottom of the pan
Let it cool and set aside

Mix the milk and chocolate chips together and add the sweetened condensed milk gradually to achieve a dough that doesn't stick to your hands
Using a rolling pin, roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper
Place the reserved filling and roll up like a croissant
Wrap with parchment paper and refrigerate for 2 hours.
