300g of semi-sweet chocolate chips
100g of unsalted butter
2 tablespoons of rolled oats
100g of crushed vanilla wafers
50g of chopped hazelnuts
100g of white chocolate chips
300g of semi-sweet chocolate chips
100g of unsalted butter

100g of crushed vanilla wafers

100g of white chocolate chips
Melt the semi-sweet chocolate and butter together in a double boiler, then let it cool
Mix together the rolled oats, vanilla wafers, and hazelnuts
Add the white chocolate chips and mix well
Place on a sheet of parchment paper, shaping into a 35cm long log
Close the ends tightly and refrigerate for at least two hours
Cut into slices 1 cm thick
