In a bowl, combine flour, butter, egg yolk, and salt
Gradually add in 1/2 cup of water until the dough comes together
Knead well and let rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough to a thin thickness and line mini muffin tin cups with melted butter
Make the filling: prepare a sauce with sugar and 1 cup of water
Bring to a boil then reduce heat and simmer until thickened
Mix all filling ingredients together, straining any cheese curd through a fine-mesh sieve
Place in each mini muffin tin cup and sprinkle with a pinch of cinnamon
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 20 minutes or until golden brown
