3/4 cup dried apricots
1/2 cup honey
4 cups white peanut cubes
1 liter milk

Rinse the dried apricots and pat dry
Mix the honey with the peanut cubes
Cook over low heat, stirring until the peanuts absorb the honey (about 2-3 minutes)
Combine the milk, lightly beaten eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla
Add to the peanut cubes along with the dried apricots
Mix well
Pour into a refractory dish and bake in a moderate oven for 1 hour or until, inserting a knife into the center, it comes out clean
Serve simply or with whipped cream
Serves 4-6 portions
Serve warm or chilled.
