Dough
Preheat oven to medium temperature and grease the large baking dish with butter
Mix together flour, sugar, yeast, and coffee powder
In a stand mixer, beat three-quarters cup of milk with butter and honey until smooth
Add remaining milk, eggs, and vanilla extract, alternating with the dry mixture
Beat well
Place in the baking dish and bake for 30 minutes
Let cool
Pecan Crunch
Mix together melted butter and flour with your fingers until a crumb forms
Add chopped pecans and knead
Spread on small baking dish and bake for 10 minutes
Cool completely before breaking into pieces
Topping
Cook the flour, sugar, cornstarch, and milk in high heat, stirring constantly, until a cream forms
Remove some of the cream and mix with egg yolks
Return to the pot and cook over low heat, stirring, until boiling
Add vanilla extract
Let cool
Beat the butter until smooth
Add to the cream and let cool
Spread on top of cake and sprinkle with pecan crunch
Cut into pieces and serve.
