150g of cream cheese
1/2 can of heavy cream
Zest from 1 lemon

Reserve four cookies
Use the remaining cookies to line the bottom of a 18.5cm diameter mold with a removable rim
In a blender, blend the condensed milk and lemon juice for 15 minutes or until you get a thick cream
Add the cream cheese and heavy cream and blend for another two minutes
Place the reserved cookies on the sides of the mold and pour in the filling
Refrigerate for at least two hours
Sprinkle with lemon zest and serve immediately.
