In a bowl, combine the crushed tea biscuits, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, soy flour, green tea leaves, unsalted butter at room temperature, eggs, and active dry yeast
Mix with hands until dough forms
Add pitted black cherries and chocolate chips
Mix well
Roll out dough with a rolling pin
Use the rim of a cup to cut into circles
Bake in medium oven (170°C), in greased muffin tin, for 15 minutes - or until golden brown.
