1 1/2 cups of sweet potato, peeled and grated
2 1/2 cups of all-purpose flour
4 eggs
6 cups of milk
3 tablespoons of wheat flour
1 tablespoon of grated Parmesan cheese
2 tablespoons of butter
1 tablespoon of active dry yeast
Syrup:
12 ripe guavas
2 cups of all-purpose flour

2 cups of all-purpose flour
In a blender, combine all ingredients except the yeast
Blend for approximately 7 minutes
Add the yeast and stir with a spoon
The dough will be quite liquidy
In an ungreased and floured cake pan, pour in the dough and bake in a preheated oven at 180°C for about 25 minutes
Syrup:
Peel the guavas, cut them in half, and remove the seeds
Place the guavas with sugar in a saucepan and bring to a boil over high heat
Reduce the heat and let it simmer, stirring occasionally, until the guava is soft
Remove from heat, let cool, and blend in a blender
Serve the cake with warm guava syrup.
