1 cup of milk
4 to 6 tablespoons of sugar
A pinch of salt

Place the chopped chocolate in a blender jar
Pour the hot coffee over it
Add the milk, sugar, salt, and egg yolks
Blend until smooth
Pour into individual molds and steam in a moderate oven for 20 minutes or until the pudding is set, as tested by inserting a knife near the edge of the mold
Let cool for 4 hours.
