1 package of banana flavor cake mix
3/4 cup all-purpose flour
3/4 cup water
3/4 cup orange juice
3 tablespoons finely grated orange zest

Prepare the cake according to the packaging instructions
Place in muffin tins very generously buttered, filling the molds halfway
Bake in a moderate oven for about 25 minutes, or until the cake is ready
Meanwhile, make the glaze
Mix together flour, water, orange juice, and zest
Cook for approximately 5 minutes
When the fritters are ready, let them cool for 1 minute and then turn them out onto a plate
Immediately bathe in hot glaze, leaving the fritters very well coated
Let cool and serve chilled, if desired
You can also accompany with whipped cream, if you like.
