In a saucepan, combine the condensed milk, cornstarch dissolved in milk, and beaten egg yolks
Bring to a simmer over low heat, stirring constantly until thickened
Pour the cream into a refrigerator and let it cool
Prepare the gelatin according to the package instructions
Beat the whites into a meringue and mix with the gelatin
Pour over the cream and refrigerate until set.
