1 cup peeled mango
4 slices of pineapple
10 strawberries
1 passionfruit
2 cups (cha) of sugar
1 cup (cha) of water
2 cups (cha) of milk
1 cup (cha) of condensed milk
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1 egg white
1 cup (cha) of coconut milk
400g of ladyfinger biscuits
1 cup peeled mango

Cut the fruits into cubes
In a pot, mix the sugar and water and bring to a boil without stirring
Simmer until a syrup forms, add the fruits and cook for three minutes
Drain and reserve the syrup
Blend the remaining ingredients in a blender, except for the ladyfingers
Heat over low heat until thickened
In a refrigerator or individual cups, alternate layers of moist ladyfingers in the syrup, creamy mixture, and fruit
Refrigerate and serve.
