Combine all ingredients to obtain a homogeneous mass
Pick up a spoonful (about) of the dough and spread it onto a greased baking sheet, leaving a 5 cm space between each piece
Bake in a medium oven (180°C), preheated, for 25 minutes or until the edges start to golden
Remove from the oven, let cool slightly, and remove from the baking sheet with a spatula
Let cool completely and if desired, store in an airtight container
