Hydrate the gelatin with water
Place it over low heat and let it dissolve
Pour into a bowl and add passion fruit concentrate and sugar
Mix well

Fill the loaf cake mold about 2 cm high with the gelatin mixture
Refrigerate until almost firm
Top with pear slices, leaving the top portion intact
Add more of the gelatin mixture to cover the pears and refrigerate until almost firm
Finish by adding the remaining gelatin mixture
Refrigerate until set
Slice and serve.
