2 units of grated orange peel
2 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of milk
3 tablespoons (scoop) of cornstarch
1 and 1/2 cups (chopped) of sugar
1 tablespoon (chopped) of vanilla extract
1/2 cup (chopped) of heavy cream
2 units of grated orange peel

Let the orange peels soak in the refrigerator for about 24 hours
Drain the liquid, wash the peels again and blend with the remaining ingredients, excluding heavy cream
Heat it up and cook until it forms a creamy texture
Finally, add the heavy cream and mix everything well
Portion it out and refrigerate.
