Slowly blend the tapioca in a blender until it's well crushed
Place it in a bowl and mix in the milk and coconut milk
Let it soak for 30 minutes
Beat the butter with the sugar, eggs, and vanilla extract until smooth and creamy
Add the tapioca mixture, grated coconut, flour, and baking powder
Mix well and pour into a greased 23cm (9 inch) cake pan
Bake in a preheated oven at 200°C for 1 hour and 30 minutes or until a toothpick inserted comes out clean
Let it cool before turning it out onto a plate
Cut into 12 equal portions.
