Preheat the oven to 180°C
Grease a 25 cm diameter mold with paper and butter
In a mixer, beat all ingredients until a homogeneous mass is obtained
Place in the mold and bake until a toothpick inserted in the center of the mass comes out clean
Remove from the oven, let it cool, and demold
Serve cold, pure or accompanied by a scoop of cream ice cream.
