Sift together the flour, sugar, and yeast
Add the butter or margarine and mix with your fingers until it forms a coarse crumb
Add the egg and beverage
Add the vanilla and lemon juice, and knead until the dough comes away from the sides of the bowl and forms a ball
Place in the refrigerator for 1 hour more or less
Open one third of the dough at a time to a thickness of about 1/2 cm
Cut into rabbit shapes with a biscuit cutter and place on a lightly greased baking sheet
Leave a small space between the biscuits, as they may spread slightly
Bake in a preheated oven (200°C) for 5 to 10 minutes
Check if done by breaking one in half.
