Peel and slice the mushrooms into thin pieces
Sift together the dry ingredients and mix with the mushrooms
Line a cake mold with the dough, fill it with the mushroom mixture, sprinkle with small pieces of butter, and top with the remaining dough
Bake in a very hot oven for 15 minutes; reduce the oven temperature to moderate and let it bake for another 45 minutes
Add 1/4 teaspoon of ground nutmeg to the dry ingredients
Add 1 tablespoon of cinnamon to the dry ingredients
Use brown sugar instead of common sugar.
