Preheat the oven to 180°C
Cut the pears into cubes and reserve
In a blender, beat the eggs with sugar until they form a cream

Add the milk and blend until it becomes homogeneous
Gradually add the shredded coconut and reserve

Grease a refrigerator mold with butter and line the bottom with pear cubes

Pour the cream slowly, pressing the pear down gently with a wooden spoon to absorb the liquid well
