Cut the bananas into thin strips and cut them into 5 cm pieces
Douse the bananas in butter
Add the honey, salt, and lemon juice; simmer
Remove from heat; add 3/4 cup of shredded coconut
Place half of the biscuits in a baking dish
Cover with the banana mixture
Top with the remaining biscuits
Sprinkle sides with the remaining coconut
Serve garnished with whipped cream
Serve in six portions.
