1/2 cup of shredded coconut
1 tablespoon of vanilla extract
1/2 cup of toasted and chopped almonds

Melt the chocolate in a double boiler
Stir until smooth
Remove from heat, add cornflakes, coconut, vanilla, and almonds
Lets it set at room temperature on parchment paper
Refrigerate until firm
Let it sit for approximately 2 days.
