Preheat the oven to high temperature
In a mixer, beat well the cinnamon, yeast, milk, eggs, confectioners' sugar sifted, rolled oats, flour, and melted butter until a homogeneous mass is obtained
Pour the mixture into the greased round cake pan and bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted in the center of the cake comes out clean
Let it cool to remove from the mold
Before serving, decorate with oatmeal flakes.
