Whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla, and cinnamon
Add the peach cubes
Add the shortening
Pour into a baking dish
Position the baking dish in a larger pan
Place in the oven and add hot water to the larger pan until it reaches about 2 cm deep
Bake in a moderate oven (180°C) for 1 1/2 hours, or until, when inserting a knife slightly off-center, it comes out clean
Let it rest for 6 periods.
