Combine warm milk and yeast
Let it dissolve
Add egg and softened butter
Mix well
Gradually add flour, mixing thoroughly
Beat well with a wooden spoon
Cover with a cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes
Roll out the dough and place it in a shallow greased pan
For the frosting, combine softened butter, confectioners' sugar, shredded coconut, and honey
Heat over low heat, stirring constantly
Add warm milk or water and mix well
Spread this mixture over the dough in the pan
Bake in a moderate oven, preheated, for 25 to 30 minutes, or until the cake is golden brown and beautiful
To serve: let it cool, then cut into squares and arrange on a crystal plate.
