Ingredients for the crust:
125 g of butter or margarine
100 g of sugar
2 eggs
100 g of hazelnuts, chopped
180 g of all-purpose flour

Beat the butter or margarine until it's white, then add sugar, eggs, flour, and hazelnuts
Mix well for 30 minutes (patience!)
Place the dough on a flat surface, greased and floured
Remove from oven and cut the tarts while still warm
Open them carefully and fill with fruit gelatin, making sure to also spread it on the outside
Top with vanilla cream
Finish by garnishing with fresh fruit, orange or tangerine slices, banana rounds, grape clusters, strawberries, or pineapple chunks.
