Mix the butter, flour, and sugar with your fingertips until a dough forms
Add cold water gradually to achieve the right consistency
Shape the dough into small balls and flatten them slightly into tartlet shapes
Bake in a preheated oven until golden brown
Filling
Preheat the oven to bake the mango slices until they're tender
Add a little water and lime juice, then mash the mixture with a fork until it resembles a gelatinous texture
Remove from heat and stir in all the lime zest
Unmold the tartlets and fill them
Garnish with green and red mango slices, both previously zested with lime
An alternative option is to use raisins.
