4 sheets of puff pastry (ed. 409)
1 mascarpone
8 Turkish damsons
8 tablespoons of ricotta
1 tablespoon of milk
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of ground cardamom
4 tablespoons of sugar
Raisins to taste for decoration
4 sheets of puff pastry (ed. 409)
1 mascarpone
8 Turkish damsons
8 tablespoons of ricotta
1 tablespoon of milk
1 pinch of cinnamon
1 pinch of nutmeg
1 pinch of ground cardamom
4 tablespoons of sugar
Raisins to taste for decoration
Soak the damsons in warm water and let them sit for 1 hour
Drain the damsons and place them in a pan with enough water to cover and cook over low heat until tender
Let it cool, then blend in a blender. Reserve
Slice the mascarpone into thin strips and cook in cold water with 1 tablespoon of sugar
Blend in a blender and combine with the damsons
Mix well and reserve
It should have the consistency of puree
Mix the ricotta with the remaining sugar, milk, and spices to form a cream
Distribute the ricotta among the tartine molds and fill with 1 tablespoon of mascarpone and damson mixture
Decorate with raisins and bake in the oven
