In a saucepan, bring the water, butter or margarine, and salt to a boil
Reduce heat and add flour in one go, mixing well until it forms a ball at the bottom of the pan
Remove from heat and beat in the eggs one by one, beating after each addition
Achieve a smooth batter
Place this batter into a large piping bag and circle the bottom of two round baking dishes, greased
Bake in a preheated oven at high temperature for about 20 minutes
Check if it's done
Remove from oven and let cool
Fill with vanilla cream and garnish with pumpkin puree.
