Combine the sugar with the orange juice in a saucepan and bring to a boil over medium heat
Simmer for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally
Add the grated lemon and orange zest, whisking well
Let cool for 10 minutes, approximately
In a bowl, beat the egg yolks until fluffy
Gradually add the orange mixture to the egg yolks, beating vigorously to avoid lumps
Add the Grand Marnier liqueur, whisking well, and let cool for 10 minutes
Preheat the oven to moderate temperature (170°F)
Grease a soufflé dish with butter or margarine, large enough for 1 1/2 liters and sprinkle with sugar
Beat the egg whites until stiff and add them to the mixture of Grand Marnier, whisking carefully
Pour into the soufflé dish and bake for about 30 minutes
Serve immediately
