In a bowl, beat the eggs well
Add the sugar and continue beating until thickened
Sift together the flour, yeast, and cinnamon
Add to the egg mixture and mix well
Add the remaining ingredients and mix
Using a spoon, shape into mounds on a greased baking sheet
Bake in moderate heat (170°F) for about 12 minutes
Yield: 48 biscuits.
