600 g of mixed fruit (strawberry, raspberry, plum, grapes)

Lemon juice from 1/2 lemon
1 tablespoon of cornstarch

1 Preheat the oven to 200°C
In a bowl, mix together the butter and sugar
Slowly add the flour and work the dough until it becomes homogeneous
Let it rest in the refrigerator for 30 minutes
2 In a saucepan, combine the mixed fruit, sugar, lemon juice, and cornstarch
Cook until the mixture thickens and forms a syrup
Let it cool down
3 On a floured surface, roll out the dough and line the bottom and sides of a tart pan or individual ramekins
Reserve one-third of the dough to make the strips
4 Put it in the oven and bake for 15 minutes
Take it out and let it cool down in the oven at 180°C
Wait until the dough has cooled down
Place the fruit with the syrup on top of the dough
Make strips with the reserved dough and cover the tart, forming a checkered pattern
5 Put it back in the oven for 30 minutes
Serve warm with vanilla ice cream.
